Ribbon cutting ceremonies and house warming parties are always a bitter sweet moment for us. It is the calm before the storm (moving day), it is our chance to stand back and appreciate all the hard work that went into the home, and it is time to say..here you go! The Stedman project was special because we didn’t meet them until we were finished framing! Yes, that’s right! The planning, ground breaking and construction all happened with Paul and Ann in Washington. They were patient, kind and always up to the challenge. We wish them many happy and healthy years at the “Home-Sted”.
