Who We Are
Jada Homes is a small family business run by Jarrett, Allison, Jaylon and Dorey. Jarrett is the licensed General Contractor and has been building houses since 2001. You will see Jaylon, Dorey, and Seth working on the job site as the superintendents. Allison, Kaylee and Lena working in the office and shopping with clients.

"Imagine this, we were 3 months pregnant and had just bought our house. We decided to remodel the bathrooms and build a brand new master suite… and we had no remodel experience.. and had to get everything done before the planned new arrival.
We met Jarrett and he and his team ensured that we delivered the project on time and on budget. Our biggest priority was ‘the crew needs to be out of our house by this date’. This was very important for us as we needed to make sure we were ready for our baby and Jarrett and his crew were very sensitive to our situation and managed the overall project very smoothly.
The quality of the work delivered was very high and the crew was very friendly and respectful to our family needs. We have a dog and needed to ensure that the doors and gate were always closed for his safety. These may seem like minor things, but when you have a crew of men in your house for 4 months, these things matter. We were mesmerized by the mountain and valley views from our lot, and asked Jarrett to build us a home that can feel like the outside is inside.And he did just that.
We love living in our new home, and the building process that got us here deserves A+ grade.
Everything from permits, schedule, budget and daily events went smoothly. Jarrett and Allison listened to us, helped us to make decisions when we needed assistance and were by our side the entire time. It started with a ribbon cutting and first dig of the dirt, accompanied by Champagne toast from plastic glasses on the tailgate. And it culminated eleven months later with ribbon cutting at the beautiful front door and keys given by Jarrett while 50 plus friends and family cheered in our new home celebration hosted by JADA HOMES.

Building this house with Allison, Jarrett, Jay and Dory was pure pleasure. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer family to build your home. When we decided on Verrado and bought our land, we had chosen another builder. After 23 months and we still had not been told how much it was going to cost, we knew something was terribly wrong. Our friend and realtor stepped in and suggested we talk to Jarrett. He called us and just asked questions. That was the day we fired the first builder and the rest is history. We are thankful for the Gorman's. They are a class act and made our dream come true. So hard to believe it is all behind us now and that we actually live here. We pinch ourselves daily. If you want to know more, we'll give you our opinion personally. Just knock on the door or yell hello from the golf course, (both have been done already) that's how much we like to brag about our builder!
